Everything that is set up has to be taken down by midnight on the Sunday after the ball. This is our job. We coordinate the demolition of all decorations, furnishings, technical equipment, etc. In advance we define what will be stored again until the next ball and what unfortunately cannot be used again. After that, its time for everyone to get going on Saturday at 5 a.m. after the ball closes until the ETH looks exactly the same as it did before the Polyball, ready to be decorated again next year.
